Summer Time and the Livin's Easy

Simply stated:  I love summer. If I could, I would pack all my family and friends in my suitcase and head to a warmer climate tomorrow. But, alas, I am a Jersey girl living through four seasons each year. So from June to August I immerse myself in sunshine, sand, boardwalks, farmers markets, amusement parks, ice cream, cold drinks, and of course good company!
